I was 20 years old when I was suffering from many serious health issues - I was tired all the time, could not concentrate at all, I had to take a nap after every lunch and I was quite often sick. At my 22 I had to visit more than 15 doctors in a year that were treating more than 10 diseases I had. I was sleeping more than 9 hours every day and my mood was daily changing. There was a day that I felt really good, but for no reason the next day I felt totally destroyed.

After visiting more than 10 doctors again last year, I had decided that this has to stop! I visited some food experts, went to the library, conducted a research and made a conclusion that I should change my food habits. "It could be the food that is making me feel so bad! Well, it was true.

WHAT DID I CHANGE:

I completely changed my food habits and after less than a month I already felt the difference. It took me around 2 months to really get all my energy back. However, today I need around 6-7 hours of sleep, I have an enormous amount of energy, I have no issues with concentration anymore and I haven't been sick forages! The food changed my life and life of many friends which supported and followed me. Now I have decided to share my story with you.
