Intrigued by those cannonball shared objects at your local gym? The proliferation of kettlebells in the market place is on the increase. There is however a fundamental misunderstanding of their use and I will address this on the course. If you've never used kettlebells before then this is the course for you. If you have used them before but don't have a lot of confidence in your technique, then this is also the course for you. Aimed at beginners to intermediates, this course will not only teach you effective and safe techniques but will also teach you exactly how to incorporate kettlebells into a stand alone routine as well as incorporating them into the other training that you do.
