    About Kitchen Central Cooking Academy

    After working for over 5 years in the financial services sector in Europe, I decided to come back to my home country, Lebanon and reorient my career towards my everlasting passion: the world of fine dining and gastronomy.

    I enrolled in the Alain Ducasse career reconversion cTheirse in Paris, in order to perfect my skills and get new inspirations. During that cTheirse, I did several trainings in the Chef’s different restaurants.
