Course details

This training program is designed to provide the essential knowledge and understanding of successful health and safety management system. The program also will present essential knowledge to enable the participants to know their roles in contributing to company loss prevention system inclined with legal requirements and international standards of health and safety.

Course Objective:

To equip participants with practical, systematic approach in HSMS to assist in:

• Understanding the requirements of an HSE management system and appropriate to the existing organizational culture.
• Defining measurable HS objectives and targets for performance improvement
• Understanding the “process approach to management” and how to communicate process and information flows through flowcharts
• Documenting a fully integrated HS management system
• Preparing the organization for third-party certification audits
• Maintaining the system and achieving continual improvement
• To control organization risk & improve its performance.

This course is designed for company managers and their representatives who have responsibility for establishing and maintaining an organization’s Health & Safety management system.
