This training focuses on those that hold stake in a project and the project's outcome, and how to manage them within a project. Specifically, you'll concentrate on two of the processes contained within this knowledge area are Identify Stakeholders and Plan Stakeholder Management. Properly managing stakeholders is essential to project success. Learn the key tools, techniques, and inputs included in these processes to successfully manage a project's stakeholders.
