If you experience high anxiety just at the thought of being asked to speak in public then this course will help you to cope better and eventually master your feelings.

The techniques are based on real life practical experience in self control. Our qualification is we once sat on the other side of the mountain. We feel your pain and show you the path we took to get over it.

The course is mostly videos of practical demonstrations of how to reframe fear, paint a picture with words and deal with excessively strong emotions.

The material lasts for just over an hour but it takes about 6 weeks to embed the process until it becomes a conditioned response to master instinct with intellect.
