Course details
For internal auditors, up to senior manager level, who need an introduction to, or a refresher course on, the essential interpersonal skills of the internal auditor.
Participants will learn:
- Interview styles and techniques
- How and why conflict occurs and how to manage it
- Effective ways to negotiate and influence
- Different techniques to develop assertiveness
As part of this course participants will be able to identify and refine their own effective personal style through group work, role plays and feedback.
