When we understand the value of Soft Skills, we give ourselves an advantage in the workplace.

'Soft Skills' is a term which matters to all businesses, yet many people have never thought about the value of Soft Skills and what this term means in detail.  In a nutshell, if you want to be good at work and progress, you need to know what is truly valued.  Soft Skills make the machine of businesses run effectively!

In this real-life video series, we see how various people between 18 - 24 years-old, struggled in workplace environments.  They thought too much about themselves and not enough about the mechanics of how companies run, and the skills which truly get you ahead in life.  In the second half of the course, we hear from people with years of professional experience, and they help connect the dots between success, and working hard to perfect small actions, (Soft Skills), which create large breakthrough results.  (We even hear from a Hollywood actor at this stage!).

This entertaining and relaxing course can be completed in as little as an hour, or over a longer period if you so wish.  You will feel embarrassed for the storytellers at times and empathetic for some of the situations people found themselves in.  You will laugh at some of their mistakes, and you will definitely grow and learn to understand the value of Soft Skills, learning to support a business/team members/managers/friends and hiring managers.
