Healthy professional and personal relationships rely heavily on effective communication techniques and skills to get along with diverse populations. Clinicians and other professionals who work with people can benefit from adding to their repertoire by learning communication techniques that improve the quality of their interpersonal relationships and strategies to create a personality sensitive practice environment or workplace.

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the four primary social styles: Driver, Expressive, Amiable, and Analytical; while comparing and contrasting their own style with others while finding practical applications that can be utilized at work and in their interaction with others.
