If you answered yes to most of these points, then you are an Ectomorph. In this course we'll learn about the Ectomorph body type, the specific dietary and exercise requirements for building muscle, and how to LOVE being an Ectomorph! No kitchen scale or calorie counting required!
As a skinny Ectomorph myself, I've spent years trying to understand my body type. I've done TONS of personal experiments and have learned a lot along the way. Not to mention, I've gained close to 30 pounds of muscle!
I wanted to create a course with as much information as I could possibly squeeze in. I've also designed it to be compatible with anyone. Whether you're an experienced lifter with access to lots of gym equipment, or a total beginner without any equipment at all, this course will work for all of you!
