Understand your own specific role and responsibilities as well as other members of your team •Be familiar with tools and techniques for detecting and solving problems revealed during site inspections and audits •Be able to prepare for and assist with an independent certification assessment and surveillance visits •Develop a culture for continuous improvement within the organisation

Course Contents

This course introduces the principles of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems and how the three (3) respective standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 can be implemented.
