Course details

The Diploma in IT Service Management (DSM) equips you with the skills you need to improve business operations while providing value to users and customers.

This programme will help you gain a combination of technical and process skills as you develop an understanding of how businesses operate. You will also learn the fine art of optimising efficiency and performance using complex IT systems, allowing you to design and implement optimised IT services.

With our own suite of laboratories featuring industry-standard software right here on campus, you will receive plenty of hands-on training. In addition, industry attachments with companies such as NCS and Teleperformance Singapore will allow you to gain valuable real-world experience. 

Course Outcomes

• Build knowledge and understanding of enterprise infrastructure and data centre management.
• Learn to identify, analyse, and resolve system and application issues.
• Acquire the capabilities to plan, design, and deliver quality IT services and projects within budget and on time.
• Master the knowledge, techniques, and tools needed to manage processes and deliver exceptional services to the business and its customers.
• Undergo a 16-week industry attachment programme with an organisation such as NCS, OCBC Bank, OPUS IT Services, or Teleperformance Singapore
