Course details
This subject will cover the law relating to marriage, divorce, legitimacy, adoption, guardianship, maintenance and custody. Particular attention will be paid to the Women's Charter and the case law which interprets the law in these areas.
Objectives
This subject aims to equip students with knowledge and skills to:
