This workshop addresses the skills and knowledge required to manage change processes when working with team leaders. It covers innovation, the implementation of change strategies and evaluating the impact of change.

- Manage the implementation of the changes and the corresponding strategies
- Communicate clearly to team members on changes implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change on team leaders and members
