    ACI Singapore will be launching a new course, the New Middle Office Training Course (Intermediary) or MOTC(I) in February 2015. The New Middle Office Training Course (Intermediate) or MOTC(I) is a primer course aimed at enhancing the skills of experienced banking professionals to perform the specialized middle office support role to front office. The demand for senior middle office professionals in treasury, investment banking, private banking and asset management has increased as they are key personnel to implement internal control and risk management in front office for dealing with financial markets products. The New MOTC(I) seeks to provide in-depth training in middle office functions, paying particular attention to profit/loss reports production on derivatives and governance on launching of new products and setting of reserve policy.

    This course training will be conducted by Ms Justina Koh, who has more than 20 years of working experience in the banking and finance industry, specialising in various areas of financial and regulatory reporting, internal control and operations. She has a strong working knowledge of treasury and derivatives, including financial accounting, product control, regulatory framework, operations and operational risk control. She has held senior positions in several international banks where she was responsible for financial control and operations functions as well as managing projects. Justina graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University. She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. She is a FICP FICS Compliance level VI - Wholesale Bank.

    The FSDF Financial Training Scheme (FTS) subsidy of 50% will be available to eligible company-sponsored participants, upon successful completion of the modules.
