This course is designed for those who have a beauty therapy background and knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. The art of Reflexology carries the knowledge and experience of thousands of years' development and practice of Chinese Philosophies. You will be introduced to the five energy concepts and meridians of the body, the underlining history and philosophy of Reflexology, reflex areas in the foot and their connection to the body's systems, pressure-point massage and the contraindications.
