have passed the Examination of Treasury Activities (ETA) with the IBF in the last three years, i.e. must have passed the ETA from 1st July 2009 to 31st July 2012.

  Senior dealing/broking market professionals who have more than 10 years' of total market experience, with more than three years of experience dealing in Singapore. Total market experience as determined at point of implementation of the Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices, i.e. with effect from 1st September 2012. The three years of market experience dealing in Singapore should have been acquired whilst working in Singapore anytime in the last five years (i.e. anytime in the years 2008 to 2012).
