This competency unit specifies the meaning and concept of productivity. Participants will recognise the needs for productivity improvement; apply simple productivity measurement, techniques and tools for potential productivity improvements at workplace.
It consists of the following elements:

- Recognise needs for productivity improvement
- Apply simple productivity measurements at workplace
- Apply simple techniques and tools for potential productivity improvement at workplace
This unit is within the competency category of Store Operations and is one of the elective modules leading to the WSQ Certificate in Retail Operations.

Participants must be proficient in reading, spoken and written English/Mandarin.
