    CUGE efforts to enhance and maintain Singapore's reputation as a 'Garden City' needs to be complemented with excellence customer service culture within its workforce. The foundation to excellence customer service is through good and professional interaction with customers.

    Interacting with the customer is important in all service sectors. An enjoyable experience where customers are being delighted would translate to repeated customers. As Singapore continues to create many iconic projects such as the Integrated Resorts, Gardens by the Bay and the Park Connector Network etc, it cannot be emphasized further the need to ensure our customer services are kept world-class and in tip-top shape.

    This module on interact with guest will equip service staff with the knowledge and application skills to manage their interactions with guests and ensuring the guests' experience in Singapore is positive and worth returning to visit again.

    The Centre for Urban Greenery and Ecology, or CUGE in short, is jointly established by the National Parks Board and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. CUGE has a critical mass of knowledge to share and advance expertise on urban greenery and ecology. CUGE provides professional skills training programmes for all levels of professionals and is a national training institution of the Landscape Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ). CUGE serves as a regional repository of best practices to advance urban and green living environment. CUGE will serve as the lead training provider for all levels of the landscape industry workforce. It will use the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) System to train and certify skills training and facilitate career development in the landscape industry.
