- Manage the implementation of the changes and the corresponding strategies
- Communicate clearly to team members on changes implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change on team leaders and members
Target Audience
- This course is suitable for Managers, Project Managers or Team Leaders who are required to participate in company business planning as well as manage change strategies.
Assessment and Certificate
- Report writing and a final interview form part of the assessment requirement
- Upon successful completion, participants will receive the WSQ Statement of Attainment
