Course details

For beginners, it can be really confusing to distinguish the pronunciation of English letters and pinyin letters, but once you get it right, you will be able to pronounce any Chinese word correctly (even if you don't know what it means!).

In this five-session Hanyu Pinyin & Chinese Typing Class, we will first introduce the Chinese Pinyin system and then put it into practice. Once you understand the pinyin system, it's just a small step to learn typing Chinese characters on the computer which you will also learn in this class.

To make sure you have an effective learning experience and get most out of the class, we stick to a small class size of maximum 5 participants.
