Course details
Identifying project requirements is an important project manager role. These requirements are then used to identify work that has to be performed, and to establish metrics that are used to evaluate whether the work is acceptable and successful. You'll spend time going through discussions on each of these steps. You'll also learn why it's critical to properly and completely identify the requirements for a project as soon as possible. You'll also study the different types of project requirements, as well as their relationship to the project's scope.
