Autodesk® Revit® MEP allows mechanical engineers to create MEP systems using parametric models. The worflow is compatible with how engineers have been completing their projects from analysis, to engineering design, up to construction documentation. The level of details and information that can be input and output in a Revit model exceeds any tradional method used.

OVERVIEW

Participants who take this course will learn in the first part how to link an architecural model, create spaces and zones, and perform energy analysis. In the second part, they will learn how to design HVAC, hydronic piping, plumbing, and electrical systems. In the third part, they will be guided to implement their knowledge on a real residential project. The following are the main topics to be covered:

About ETC Computer Courses

ETC was established in February 2005 by Mr. Naji Sfeir, author, engineer and experienced professor. Mr. Sfeir teaches computer graphics at ALBA, AUB, LAU, and NDU Universities. In 1987, he graduated from The Ohio State University as an industrial and systems engineer. He is currently an Autodesk, an Adobe and a V-Ray certified instructor.
