(6/24/2014) We've added a section to discuss and demonstrate what it takes to set up your own airbnb unit and how to build a portfolio. In this section, you'll learn the concepts and get the tool to properly evaluate the unit economics as well as the portfolio economics of running an airbnb business. Update: first 6 lectures added. This course is not your typical real estate or investment class. It emphasizes hands-on practice with real world examples - in this class, you will learn by evaluating investment examples drawn from actual deals.

We first explain all the concepts and techniques used by professional investors and then we show you how to apply them into your real-life investments!

The contents of this course were gathered and created from feedback by industry insiders with decades of real estate investment experience ranging from Investment Banking, Real Estate Private Equity and Individual Private Real Estate Investors.

Each section teaches new concepts using increasingly more complex deal scenarios to highlight those concepts.
