Radio & Sound Production Galway & Roscommon ETB - Galway City
Our Radio & Sound Production PLC Course is designed for students who want to pursue a career in radio production, on-air presenting, and journalism. The course offers a unique introduction to sound production and recording in the Galway Community College's new digital recording studio. Students will gain invaluable work experience with Galway Bay FM and GK Media, whilst also producing a series of on-air programs for the college radio station.

Students will explore all aspects of Film and Television giving them a knowledge of both behind and in front of the camera. Students will have the opportunity to explore and develop the art of TV Presenting, Interviewing, Autocue and Links to camera as
Students will have access to professional camera and editing equipment and to assist them in producing a show reel.
Entry Requirements
Suitable candidates must have obtained a relevant FETAC Level 5 Award or equivalent to be eligible for this course.
