Course details

Gain an understanding of how to apply processes, best practices, and tools used to ensure that all aspects of development incorporate quality standards. You'll learn how to work with lessons learned and apply that knowledge so as not to repeat history where negative impacts were sustained. Focus on how the Project Quality knowledge area promotes those processes, tools and techniques that assist the project team in planning, delivering and controlling the right levels of quality throughout all project development processes.
