Quality I: Planning Project Quality

Course details

You'll spend time getting into project quality management. Explore the project manager's role in quality. You will learn how to apply expertise, so that you can keep quality management in the framework of a project. You will go through discussions on the quality planning processes and activities that provide a method to consider how a deliverable is developed. You'll concentrate on the approaches, best practices, tools and techniques, and processes that revolve around meeting the quality needs of the project.
