PRINCE2® Practitioner Course:
This comprehensive two-day course is designed for individuals with a basic knowledge of PRINCE2 who wish to elevate their understanding and practical application of the methodology outlined in the official PRINCE2 manual, Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2. Participants will engage with sample exam papers and project case studies provided by the APM Group (APMG) to enhance their knowledge gained during the PRINCE2 Foundation course. The course culminates in the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam, scheduled for the afternoon of the second day, which assesses your ability to effectively apply PRINCE2 principles in real-world project environments. By the end of this course, you will be well-prepared to pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and leverage PRINCE2 best practices in your projects.
