Provide tools to help you schedule tasks, manage resources, monitor costs, and generate reports for analysis and presentation.  It presents guidelines for implementing and completing the project on time, within budget and in accordance with technical performance requirement. The course includes both manual and computer-aided applications of Construction Project Management.
