WHAT YOU WILL LEARN?
This course provides hands-on training to the participants on the application of Primavera for project planning & scheduling. Topics include project management process, creating a project, adding activities, creating relationships, scheduling, assigning resources, analyzing resources & cost, base lining, reporting, portfolio analysis, PERT chart, ‘S’ curve, WBS codes, etc. Participants also gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling.
