Ms Sarah Lewis

Sarah is an Associated Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. She is a consultant and facilitator who brings a social constructionist, positive psychology and strengths based view of organisations to all her work. She has expertise in transformational collaborative approaches, particularly Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space, World Café, and Simu-Real. Sarah regularly presents at conferences and workshops. She writes regularly for professional publications, most recently Positive Psychology at Work published by Wiley-Blackwell in March 2011. She is also lead author for Lewis, Passmore and Cantore (2007) Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management, Kogan Page.
