Curative powers of mineral waters and their ability of healing was known to man for thousands of years, which motivated the people to travel which gave rise to a thriving Spa & Wellness industry. Today Spa is a very large part of Tourism Industry doing turnover of billions of dollars. There are different Spas right from Day spas to more traditional Destination Spas in exotic locations. Due to more popularity & spread, Spa going has become more affordable to masses, unlike for chosen few in the past.
This course aims at making a student of Tourism & Hospitality, aware of this every component of this industry and the opportunities offered by it.
