We will cover some advice for writing the ideal pitch book as well as common mistakes to avoid when creating pitch books for M&A advisers and investment bankers in this session. A pitch book's primary goal is to give a realistic description of a company that is being pitched for sale. A pitch book must also convey some information about the character and culture of the company being pitched. The objective is a long-term relationship, therefore both sides need to get to know one another and see if they get along.
