    Experience: 0–2 years; internships or college projects in process improvement are helpful
    Certifications: Optional but beneficial

    Basic Lean Training

    Mid-Level Roles
    Example Roles: Six Sigma Green Belt, Quality Engineer, Process Improvement Specialist
    Eligibility:
