Kickboxing is a great high-intensity workout based on punching and kicking. It’s good for the heart and tones the whole body. This course will help you in your journey to become a competent kickboxer.The Kickboxing Course will look into the various aspects of kickboxing. Going through the lessons, you’ll learn the basic kicking techniques and the best defensive tactics for kickboxing. Again, you’ll learn how to condition the body for kickboxing and stay in the zone in a fight. The course will also explain the importance of nutrition and hydration in kickboxing and show you multiple ways to burn fat without losing muscle. Finally, the course will introduce you to the common kickboxing injuries and the first aid techniques to prevent them.

Eligibility / Requirements
This Kickboxing Course is available to all learners of all academic backgrounds. But learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification. And a good understanding of the English language, numeracy, and ICT will be helpful.
