Who is this Course for?

This course includes essential knowledge of HR practices and principles, designed for beginners. There are no entry requirements for this course and learners of all academic backgrounds can enrol.

Entry Requirement:

• This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
• Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
• Good understanding of the English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.

Endorsement

At the end of this course, successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
