Method of Assessment

On successful completion of the  Estate Agent And Property Management Training, you will be required to sit an online multiple-choice assessment. You will need to score 60% or above to pass the course. After successfully passing the exam, you will be able to apply for Quality Licence Scheme-endorsed certificate of achievement. The assessment will be evaluated automatically and the results will be given to you immediately.
