The Customer Service award has been designed to give delegates an understanding, both practically and
theoretically, of the importance of customer service to a business and an appreciation of the important role
they can play in delivering effective customer service.
The program is approved and accredited by:
 Ofqual – Accreditation and Regulation- UK
 EduQual- UK
 Scottish Qualifications Frame Work
Upon completion of training, candidates are required to sit a one-hour formal examination, run online by our
partners, Pearson VUE. Successful candidates will then receive an ABE award in Customer Service.
