Supervisors are the key to a world-class safety culture. As an "agent of the employer," every supervisor has a legal obligation to understand his or her safety responsibilities in the workplace. This program help ensure supervisors have the knowledge and skills to fulfill those responsibilities. Companies hire occupational safety and health supervisors to implement, effective safety management systems within the organization. This program is designed for facility safety supervisors who are responsible for supervising the implementations of OSH function. This program requires a minimum of 36 hours of study in which each student is required to complete 5 required courses and 5 elective courses. This program is being delivered in Egypt exclusively by EHSAcademy in co-operation with OSHAcademy - USA.

Objectives:

• How to implement a comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health Programs within their organizations.
• How to investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and how to prepare the relevant reports.
• How to identify and control hazards at the workplace (Safety inspection, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment and Safety Auditing).
• Effective safety committee meetings and operations.
• How to implement an effective safety and health training programs.
