This course is about how to develop new business with minimal effort and cost via implementing tried and tested strategies which are basically capitalizing on a businesses existing resources. We cover 9 systems which can be used as a strategy for new business development.

If you are running a business and want to grow it, or if you are studying business strategy, then this course is for you. There is a downloadable worksheet for you to complete, as take-away points, as this course is meant to be practical and applicable to business life (not just theory).

The course will take approx 1 hour to complete.
