Insomnia is the most common sleeping problem with estimates ranging from 10% to 40% of adults, depending upon the definition used, and the consensus is around one-third of the population. But if YOU have insomnia, you don't care what definition used and you don't care what caused it. You just want to sleep better.


I am certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and have directed accredited sleep centers for almost thirty years. Throughout that time, I have always been the primary insomnia consultant in these centers. In this program I migrate what has worked well in the sleep lab to an online format. You will learn how sleep is regulated, how insomnia develops, and what you can do to optimize your sleep.
