We will explore several different mindfulness tools, including affirmations, setting intentions, guided meditation, and visualizations.
The mindfulness tools that we teach include exercises in grounding and remaining centered no matter what the challenge, developing a deeper understanding and compassion for those around us, and in creating the work environment, and career, that we truly love. Once you complete this course, you will have the foundation to practice six new mindfulness meditations and exercises that you can utilize at any time.
