Our Mindfulness in the Workplace course has been designed specifically to aid training and development of employees within the workplace, either in a one to once coaching style session or as part of group training sessions. It can also be used for self help within the Workplace too. 

Whether you are an experienced trainer or, new to this type of role, or looking for these skills to help you, this course takes you through the important elements of mindfulness and how it can be used successfully to promote awareness in the workplace, increasing the employees' ability to benefit from mindful living.  Mindfulness has become a buzzword in recent years because employees work/ life balance is generally at risk and this is because people struggle to keep up with rising workloads. Learning these simple techniques aimed at employees can bring the balance back.

Once you have completed the course and upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your Certificate in Mindfulness in the Workplace. 

We offer 24/7 support for this course via email from the course tutor - Karen E Wells. We believe support during the course is absolutely essential but equally if you do not require our support that is no problem at all. 

Our course is aimed at those who are either absolute beginners in the Mindfulness world or for those that already have an existing Mindfulness background and wish to expand it to each others within the workplace.

There is no time limit for this course, so once purchased please take as long as you need to complete it. We do recommend that you take at least 1 month to work through the course so that you know you have a complete understanding of the course material.
