    Introduction to conflict management models such as the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Model and DISC Model
    Using emotional intelligence and communication skills for effectively dealing with conflict and difficult dynamics
    Understanding stress and addressing uncollaborative behaviour through a nervous system lens using The Polyvagal Theory
