    Managing Benefits™ Practitioner Course:
    Unlock the potential of benefits management with our APMG-accredited Managing Benefits™ Practitioner course. Designed for professionals aiming to maximize the value realized from organizational change initiatives, this advanced program covers essential principles, practices, and techniques for managing benefits effectively across diverse environments.

    This intensive 2-day course prepares you for the Managing Benefits Practitioner exam by providing an in-depth understanding of the framework and practical guidance on applying it in real-world scenarios. You will learn how to tailor the principles, techniques, and roles involved in benefits management, with hands-on exercises and sample exam questions to ensure exam readiness.

    Course Objectives:

    • Master the principles and practices of Managing Benefits.
    • Plan, implement, sustain, and measure benefits management.
    • Adapt benefits management techniques to suit different organizational environments.
    • Analyze solutions and evaluate benefits management documents in given scenarios.
    • Prepare to successfully pass the Managing Benefits Practitioner exam.

    Prerequisites:

    • Completion of the Managing Benefits Foundation exam with a minimum pass rate of 50%.
    • 3-4 hours of pre-course study and approximately 2 hours of study on the first evening.

    About the Managing Benefits™ Practitioner Exam:

    • Format: 2 ½ hour, multiple-choice, scenario-based, open-book exam (Managing Benefits guide only).
    • Structure: 8 questions, each worth 10 marks, totaling 80 marks.
    • Passing Score: Minimum of 40 out of 80 (50%).
    • Certification Validity: The Practitioner Certification is valid for life.
