In this class we explore the different characteristic traits of visionaries and what it means to be a visionary. We identify strategic foresight and discuss ways to develop your own strategic foresight as well as ways strategic foresight can provide your organization competitive edge. We identify the meaning of integrative thinking and explore how it is used to improve and empower teams. We discuss how to execute your vision by implementing visionary traits, strategic foresight and integrative thinking. Upon completion of this class, HR professionals and executives will be able to train managers and teams on strategic thinking, foresight and valuable integrative thinking approaches which will empower cohorts and teams to be more invested, productive and effective at immediate organization improvement.
