Course details

In this training program you will learn about the basics of Six sigma methodology and how this methodology can be used for solving process problems. You will be exposed to the tools and techniques for data collection, process analysis, Process capability calculation and Control chart. You will be given real world examples of how six sigma methodology is used to significantly improve and control a business process. At the end of the course you will be able to demonstrate your skills for data collection and process control.
