This highly interactive workshop is specifically designed to introduce newly promoted managers to Leadership tools and best practices allowing them to succeed their new roles and responsibilities. The workshop will also raise the awareness of participants on Emotional Intelligence and use it to manage and lead their teams in an Emotionally Intelligent way; Emotional Intelligence is nowadays a critical skill in business allowing people to resolve effectively personal conflicts and achieve greater satisfaction at work.
