How can a leader stay focused on their core values while being constantly challenged by higher-level leaders? Is it possible to maintain those values, or does it depend on the strength of the individual’s principles? Can a true leader truly connect people and understand different cultures?

his CPD-accredited program delves into these questions, focusing on the leadership styles that dominate in today’s uncertain world and the ways these styles, both consciously and unconsciously, impact everyone.

The workshop will explore the critical link between service excellence and leadership, showing how great leadership can shape an organization’s culture and drive success. With experienced facilitators leading the way, participants will be guided through a journey of impactful leadership, with real-life examples of excellence and champion leaders who have succeeded in navigating today’s challenges.

Divided into four parts over four days, the workshop will offer thought-provoking discussions and activities that focus on key leadership areas. A psychologically informed perspective on the connections between influence, power, and culture will provide deeper insights.

This experiential workshop will allow participants to relate to the content, as it draws on common real-life situations that almost everyone has faced. We won’t judge, and we won’t dictate what’s right or wrong; instead, we’ll explore the differences in leadership, behaviors, and attitudes. The aim is to create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and concerns. Rather than changing opinions, this workshop encourages participants to think critically about how they lead and interact with their teams in the future.

Part 1 - Leadership is an attitude –In the first part of our workshop, we will delve into the leadership styles and behaviors of high-profile leaders and explore how their approaches influence those around them. Leadership is not just a role; it’s a way of life and a guiding philosophy. Together, we will examine the crucial role culture plays in shaping a leader’s identity and how unconscious biases can impact the way we lead. All insights and discussions will be grounded in reputable global studies, offering a well-rounded perspective on how effective leadership is shaped by both personal values and external ;

Part 2 – Excellence is a perception –The second part of the workshop will focus on service excellence and highlight the essential truth that leadership is, at its core, a form of service. We will explore the key pillars of service excellence and challenge the common misconception that excellence is purely objective. Instead, we’ll demonstrate how excellence is largely shaped by perception and how different individuals and teams interpret it. Finally, we will turn our attention to how our daily habits and actions contribute to the way we lead with ;

Part 3 - Prepared, connected, courageous and honest leadership –In the third part of the workshop, we will revisit the concept of leadership, diving deeper into the pillars of leadership that underpin effective leadership practices. We will explore the essential elements of true leadership, presenting the Diomas leadership models and how these frameworks can inspire leaders to lead with excellence. Through interactive discussions, participants will gain insights into the qualities that define exceptional leadership and how they can apply these concepts in their own contexts. We will also address the common misconception that an excellent leader must be perfect, exploring the idea that true leadership is about continuous growth, self-awareness, and adaptability rather than flawlessness.

Part 4 – Real people, real leaders, real examples –We will conclude our workshop by demonstrating how service excellence and leadership are deeply interconnected. In times of difficulty and uncertainty, this connection becomes even more vital, influencing both the effectiveness of leaders and the teams they lead. To bring this concept to life, we will host a panel discussion featuring experienced leaders who will share their personal leadership stories. Their insights and experiences will provide inspiration and valuable lessons for our attendees. his final session will leave attendees with a sense of empowerment and practical tools to integrate service excellence into their leadership practices.
