Throughout the five days the attendees will have the opportunity to participate actively through thought-provoking discussions and activities which will be focusing on specific topics. There will be a psychologically based input on how influence, power and culture are connected.

This workshop is very experiential and the attendees will be able to relate to everything covered as it will be referring to events which almost everyone has experienced. There will be no judgement, and we will not say what is right and what is wrong; this is not what this workshop is ; We will be focusing on understanding the difference between leaders, behaviours and attitudes which will make the difference in the ; We will focus on making everyone attending feel comfortable enough to share their ideas and concerns with the rest of us and prepare themselves to become a Leader of the ; We are not looking to change opinions; we want to make people think ahead before the next time they decide to lead their teams in a specific way.

Part 1 – Prepared Leader – in this 1st part of our workshop we will explore styles and behaviours of high-profile leaders and how they can influence their teams. Leadership is a way of life; it is a philosophy. Understanding that the power of a Vision sets the foundation for a strong future and a cohesive ; Our daily habits can determine the way we can lead and together we will explore the importance of appreciating the lessons of the past and how these lessons can prepare us for a successful ; Everything will be based on reputable studies around the globe.

Part 2 – Connected Leader – the 2nd part will be dedicated to the interconnection between emotional intelligence, service excellence and ; We will demonstrate the pillars of service excellence and how excellence is a perception even though many of us assume that excellence is something more concrete. Finally, we will focus on effective communication independently but also as through our interest in other people’s well-being and understanding of their emotions.

Part 3 – Brave Leader – in this 3rd part we will focus on what being a brave leader really means. Recognising the traits of a high performing team and repairing dysfunctional teams is a very
vital part of the role of a leader. Embracing difficult discussions is the only way to find the root of any underperforming team and being able to negotiate with them is vital. We will present the Diomas Leadership Models.

Part 4 – Real People, Real Leaders, Real Examples – We will conduct a panel with speakers, who through their personal leadership stories will inspire our participants.
